These sessions are going to be outside on private property in Montgomery, TX on April 26th from 5:30PM-7:30PM. The sessions are 10 minutes in length, so there’s currently only 12 spots available. At a price of just $135 and you’ll receive 5 digital images of your choice from the gallery.
If you'd prefer to just bring your kiddos and not be in the photos, that's ok too! Come enjoy this beautiful private property with me!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All attendees agree that they are personally responsible for their own health, safety and actions while getting pictures done and absolve JW Baugh Photography of any liability of personal health.
By participating in pictures you attest that:
Your temperature will be under 100.0.
You have not traveled out of the country within the last 14 days.
To your knowledge, you have not nor has anyone in your household been exposed to Covid-19. You or anyone in your household have not had any of the following symptoms in the past 14 days:
Cough
Shortness of breath Fever
Fatigue
Aches & Pains Diarrhea or Nausea Chills
By attending, you do so with full understanding that you could be exposed or infected which may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, or death, and you voluntarily and knowingly assume the risk of exposure to or infection by COVID-19.
CANCELLATION: In the event of a cancellation on behalf of the Client, the package payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable. The reschedule days for these sessions will be 4/26 if there is inclement weather on 4/25. Session time slot will be a direct transfer. When you book this session, you are agreeing to be available both days.
TIME RESTRICTIONS: Client lateness will result in a shorter session and the possibility of proportionally less images received. The Client agrees to allow JWB full creative control over the session including suggestions of location and pose. JWB will not be held responsible for any injuries, vehicles’ towing, etc. which occur during or after a session.
REVIEW, SELECTION & DELIVERY TIME: JWB will produce an online gallery for the client to view within two weeks from the date of shooting the session, at this time the client will have one month to place orders. Edited images will be kept on file for a maximum of three months following the session.
MODEL RELEASE & USE PERMISSIONS: The Client agrees that JWB may reproduce, publish, or exhibit a judicious selection of such photographs as samples of photographic work to be shown to prospective clients in the form of in-studio displays, advertising, website and blog images, and for instructional or institutional purposes consistent with the highest standards of taste and judgment. The Client hereby waives the right to inspect and/or approve any finished product or the written copy that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied
FEDERAL COPYRIGHT LAWS: JWB owns all original files and retains the rights to reproduction of any images produced in connection with this agreement. Profiting off of any photograph is hereby prohibited and protected under Federal Copyright Laws, and will be enforced to the full extent of the law allowable.
SEVERABILITY: In the event of failure to comply with the terms of this contract, liability of JWB is limited to refund of monies paid in the contracted amount. All parties to this contract hereby agree that said refund shall terminate any further liability to this agreement.
CREATIVE LICENSE & RETOUCHING: All images are to be edited at JWB’s discretion prior to delivery, with JWB being granted total artistic control over the final images. The Client understands that the images JWB aims to produce will be of similar style and caliber to the images shown on the JWB website and blog. JWB maintains a natural approach for image editing in the form of basic white balance, exposure, and contrast adjustments. Although efforts may be made to avoid environmental issues and effects, JWB is not responsible for the retouching of any image, including but not limited to the correction of blemishes, hair/makeup, environmental effects, clothing, reflections in glasses, as well as the removal/insertion of fixtures, etc. All images will be delivered in color for the purpose of being printed in either color or black and white.
