Come join us for photos with the Easter Bunny Nate on Saturday, March 27, 2020 at Carter's Florist 1416 S Frazier St, Conroe, TX 77301. The backdrop will be a beautiful boxwood wall featuring loads of easter flowers, carrots and eggs. If you remember Santa Nate - he'll be our Easter Bunny - so it's sure to be a great time!! If you'd like to come and have a family portrait made with just the wall and no bunny, you can do that too!
For just $60 you'll have 5 minutes with or without the Easter Bunny and receive 3 downloadable, digital files. All sessions will be paid for in advance and are non-refundable because the Easter Bunny is a busy guy! Each spot is for immediate families, if you plan on having several kids in your group, it would be wise to book 2 or 3 sessions back to back to make sure everyone gets their turn! Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your session so we can stay on track throughout the day and make it a great experience for everyone!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All attendees agree that they are personally responsible for their own health, safety and actions while getting pictures done and absolve JW Baugh Photography, Carter's Florist and Easter Bunny Nate of any liability of personal health.
By participating in pictures you, and your guests, attest that:
Your temperature will be under 100.0.
You have not traveled out of the country within the last 14 days.
To your knowledge, you have not nor has anyone in your household been exposed to Covid-19. You or anyone in your household have not had any of the following symptoms in the past 14 days:
Cough
Shortness of breath Fever
Fatigue
Aches & Pains Diarrhea or Nausea Chills
By attending, you do so with full understanding that you could be exposed or infected which may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, or death, and you voluntarily and knowingly assume the risk of exposure to or infection by COVID-19.
CANCELLATION: In the event of a cancellation on behalf of the Client, the package payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable. There will be no reschedule date due to weather because we’ll be inside for these sessions.
TIME RESTRICTIONS: Client lateness will result in a shorter session and the possibility of proportionally less images received. The Client agrees to allow JWB full creative control over the session including suggestions of location and pose. JWB will not be held responsible for any injuries, vehicles’ towing, etc. which occur during or after a session.
MODEL RELEASE & USE PERMISSIONS: The Client agrees that JWB may reproduce, publish, or exhibit a judicious selection of such photographs as samples of photographic work to be shown to prospective clients in the form of in-studio displays, advertising, website and blog images, and for instructional or institutional purposes consistent with the highest standards of taste and judgment. The Client hereby waives the right to inspect and/or approve any finished product or the written copy that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied.
FEDERAL COPYRIGHT LAWS: JWB owns all original files and retains the rights to reproduction of any images produced in connection with this agreement. Profiting off of any photograph is hereby prohibited and protected under Federal Copyright Laws, and will be enforced to the full extent of the law allowable.
SEVERABILITY: In the event of failure to comply with the terms of this contract, liability of JWB is limited to refund of monies paid in the contracted amount. All parties to this contract hereby agree that said refund shall terminate any further liability to this agreement.
